What is Push and Pull?
The Push and Pull service in Mobile Money allows any MTN customer to transfer money from their bank account to their Mobile Money account, and from their Mobile Money account to their bank account.
In other words, the MTN customer can take money from their bank account using their MoMo account and transfer money from their MoMo account to their bank account.
Can any MTN subscriber subscribe to this service?
Any MTN subscriber with a MoMo account and a bank account in one of the partner banks can subscribe to this service. Below are the partner banks for the Push and Pull service:

What is the procedure to link your bank account to your Mobile Money account?
To link your Mobile Money account to your bank account, the customer must:

- Approach their bank (UBA, Ecobank, Afriland)
- Fill out the provided form
- Submit the form once completed to link the account
- Test at the bank to ensure your account is effectively linked to your Mobile Money account with a small transaction

No, the activation of the service is free .
What is the difference between push and pull?
Push is done from the MoMo account to the bank account. Pull is the action taken from the bank account to the MoMo account.
Can I link more than one account (my checking account + savings account) to my Mobile Money account?
Yes, the customer can link more than one bank account to their Mobile Money account. The customer just needs to follow the procedure each time for each account.
After how long can I perform a push or pull operation?
Once you finalize the linkage of your bank account to your MoMo account, you can initiate a request based on your need, either push or pull.

How do I proceed when I receive the message "your transaction is being processed"?
