Prepaid customer

Roaming is activated by default for all prepaid customers. You just have to choose how to enjoy it: main account, country bundles and regional bundles.  

Postpaid customer

Step 1: Before you leave, contact your account manager and request activation.

Step 2: Then deposit 100.000 xaf to activate the roaming.
