If you have over 5000F in your account and have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it using our self-reset service.

To set up a recovery contact, dial *126# on your mobile phone and then follow these steps:

  • Select option 7,00,7
    This step helps secure your account by linking it to a trusted recovery contact.

Once you’ve set up your recovery contact, you can finalize your PIN change by dialing *126# and choosing the following option:

  • Select option 7,8,00,4
    This finalizes your new PIN setting securely.
