If you did not receive your ENEO token despite completing your payment on the same day, follow these steps to recover your token:

  1. Dial: *126*21#

  2. Select3 .

  3. Enter Your Meter Number: Provide your meter number as requested.

  4. Enter Your MoMo PIN: Input your MoMo PIN to authenticate the request.

Insert your meter number and validate, the choose the payment period. Recovery valid even for the payment done after 24 hours
