To enhance the customer experience by creating direct, human-centered interactions between MTN and its users in the field. Brand Girls act as frontline ambassadors who listen, educate, assist, and represent the brand with empathy and professionalism.

Customer Visit to B2B Customers
We want to listen to B2B customers in a convivial way, no formal meetings, just a surprise visits. The aim is to show them we care, and we are always there to support. We shall select 5 – 10 new SMEs customers for a customer visit with the support of a Senior Manager. This will be done at douala.

Breakfast with B2B Customers (SMEs)
We recently had the Y’ello Tech Summit in Douala, and we need to touch our B2B customers in Yde. We shall gather 40 – 50 B2B customers at the HO in Yde to listen, understand their needs and proposed them the solutions to address their needs.
