  • Reply with 1 which is add recovery contact
  • Insert the recovery contact
  • The proposed recovery contact receives an OTP and shares with customers.
  • Customer puts in OTP
  • Transaction is validated and recovery contact is set

If the recovery number belongs to me, I need to make sure I have it next to me to recover the OTP, but if the number belongs to another trusted person, the owner of the recovery contact needs to be informed and willing to share the OTP to finalize my procedure.

  • Put in Momo pin code
  • Recovery number is displayed
