It is a service launched in order to allow customers who are not able to use their Number for a long period to avoid recycling. So customers who travel out of the country for a long period can keep their MTN Number from now.

Access Number for Life : Every customer can access this service by simply dialing *123*6#.

How does it work :

  • Cost : The service costs 5000F
  • Validity : The service is valid 1 year and renewable
  • Who can enjoy the service : The service is accessible for all the customers through *123*6#

To check if the service is still active for a Customer Number : You can easily check the status of the service selecting option 2 on the USSD Menu (*123*6#) or dialing directly (*123*6*1#).
