HOW TO ACTIVATE ROAMING ?

Prepaid customer

Roaming is activated by default for all prepaid customers. You just have to choose how to enjoy it: main account, country bundles and regional bundles.  

Postpaid customer

Step 1: Before you leave, contact your ok account manager and request activation.

Step 2: Then deposit 100.000 xaf to activate the roaming.

HAVING TROUBLE LOGIN AUTOMATICALLY?

If you are facing difficulty to connect automatically to the host country’s network, follow the standard procedure below.

Android

  1. Swipe the screen up or down to see the apps
  2. Select settings
  3. Select Network Operators
  4. Wait while the phone searches for networks
  5. The available networks are listed, select the network you wish to use
  6. The phone is now connected to the mobile network

IOS

  1. Select the settings icon
  2. Then the cellular data menu then select the network selection menu
  3. Disable the automatic button
  4. Select your network
  5. Turn off automatic
  6. Your Apple searches for available networks…
  7. Choose the desired network
  8. Your Apple has been connected to the selected network
