The Douala Grand Mall commercial complex is host to new store of MTN Cameroon in Douala, inaugurated on December 15, 2020.

MTN, the leading telecommunications company in Cameroon, announces the opening of its new store in Douala, hosted in the new Douala Grand Mall shopping complex. The new MTN Store was inaugurated on 15 December 2020 during a ceremony presided over by the Governor of the Littoral Region, Mr. Samuel Ivaha Diboua. The ceremony was attended by the representative of the Mayor of Douala, several administrative and municipal authorities, customers and partners of MTN Cameroon.

This new Service Centre, whose design is in keeping with the modern architecture of the Douala Grand Mall, is open to the public every day from 8am to 10pm. The facility is manned by a team of competent and motivated agents ready to efficiently accompany clients in the new digital world and above all, offer everyone a unique and exceptional quality customer experience.

As is the case with other stores, at the Douala Grand Mall, individuals, companies and other institutions will have access to all the services offered by MTN Cameroon: Subscriptions, SIM card identification, SIM swap, Mobile Money transactions, purchase of telephones, modems and other connected terminals, after sales service… A VIP corner is also available.
