MTN HOME NoLimit is an MTN offer that provides an innovative experience in terms of internet usage at Home. This new value proposition will provide customers unlimited bundles with a dedicated bandwidth.

Exactly as we already have it on current MTN Home standard bundles, with these new bundles customers will have:

  • A free device at registration (for 3 months payment upfront at registration)
  • TDD LTE Internet access
  • Dedicated bandwidth
  • Minutes of calls (MTN calls)
  • Play VOD free access
  • FAF numbers
Who is eligible for MTN HOME NoLimit? Who is eligible for MTN HOME NoLimit?

To be eligible to this service few parameters need to be checked to ensure that customers will be able to enjoy the service:

  • Customer could already be onboarded on MTN Home, but he needs first to be covered by the TDD sites this can be checked via MTN website.
  • Customer needs to be manually provisioned by the support team.
  • MSISDN should be on any prepaid service class: MTN Go, MTN Extra, MTN Pro Control, MTN Staff, MTN Spouse, and MTN Contractors.
How to get MTN HOME NoLimit? How to get MTN HOME NoLimit?

To get MTN HOME NoLimit, the customer must first register his MTN HOME account number by:

  • Either going to a service center
  • Or Booking a rendezvous with the dedicated team available on call at 679 00 96 51. A dedicated care agent will go to the customer location/house for the operation

For the registration, the customer must provide the below details:

  • An active MTN number that will be used as the MTN HOME account number
  • An email
  • 01 or 02 alternate numbers that will receive all notifications and digital add-on related to MTN HOME OFFER of the provided account number and manage the offer

The registration is FREE and is done when the customer pays for the first subscription.

The registration is performed by MTN care agents via the MTN HOME customer care portal.

After registration, the customer must activate his MTN HOME account by following the below steps:

  • Insert the MTN HOME SIM card in the device on which he wants to use his MTN HOME NoLimit offers
  • Switch on the device at the location he wants to use his MTN HOME NoLimit offers
  • Dial *202*MTNHOME_ACCOUNT_NUMBER# from any device and any MTN number
  • Enter 1 to confirm

The above will activate the MTN HOME account and the first subscription. If the customer paid for many subscriptions, the subsequent subscriptions will be automatically done by the system each at the end of the previous one without any additional fees or action from the customer.                                                                          After successful registration an auto email will be sent automatically to  HomeTDDSupport.CM@mtn.com the MSISDN configuration at the backend level. The Device will be ready to use after 24H in a covered area
