- For Prepaid Customer // Remove the SIM card from the box, insert it into the phone, and dial *141#
- For postpaid Customer // Remove the SIM card from the box, insert it into the phone, and dial *141#
How to change my security pin code on home ?
You can change the WiFi password from the box. Home does not have a security PIN code.
- Connect your phone to the box’s WiFi using the default WiFi code written on the box.
- Open a browser on your phone and type “192.168.1.1” in the search bar to access the box’s settings interface.
- You will be asked for a username and password: Username: admin / Password: admin.
- Select WiFi settings, then SSID, to change the box’s WiFi password.
