- Dial *126*21# (the Mobile Money short code)
- Select option 2 for ‘Prepaid ENEO invoice’ and follow the procedure
How do you make ENEO Prepaid Bill payment via MoMo App ?
- Select ‘Pay’.
- Select “Utilities”
- Select ‘ENEO Cameroun
- Select the type of bill and follow the procedure.
What should I do if I don't receive notification of payment of my ENEO Prepaid Bill?
- Ussd code: dial *126*7*2# and confirm with your Pin code (Last 5 transactions)
- On the MoMo App in the dashboard, select “utilities”, then “recently paid” then go to “view all” and select Electricity.
