A new MTN Service Centre in Yaounde for more proximity with the population

Located in the supermarket of Carrefour Market in the Ekié neighbourhood, MTN’s new Service Centre, inaugurated on 26 October 2020, meets the expectations of the city dwellers.

MTN, leading telecommunications company in Cameroon, is pleased to announce the opening of its new Service Centre in Yaounde, situated in the Ekié neighbourhood. This new contact point was inaugurated on 26 October 2020 during a ceremony presided over by the Governor of the Centre Region, Mr. Naseri Paul Bea, in the presence of several administrative, traditional and religious authorities, as well as clients and partners of MTN Cameroon.

Open every day of the week, from 9am to 8pm, the new MTN Service Centre in Yaounde is a masterpiece of modernity with a spacious and friendly interior, sleek design, touch screens… as well as a team of motivated professionals, who provide each client with the best personalised experience the new digital world has to offer. The store also has a VIP area.

At the Ekié MTN Store, customers will have access to all the classic services: subscription, SIM swap, identification, activation of MTN Mobile Money accounts, money withdrawals, deposits, transfers, purchase of phones, smartphones, tablets, modems, other connected devices… Major innovation: permanent availability of the MTN Mobile Money service 24 hours a day.
