MTN Plus is a set of generous and tailor-made bundles, designed to allow customers to call all networks in Cameroon at the same price and much longer than with all other offers on the market. MTN Plus are bundles

How to subscribe to an MTN Plus package?
To buy his MTN Plus bundle, simply dial the code *222# on any phone or in the MyMTN appl (Bundles menu) if the customer has an Android phone/smartphone.
Are all MTN customers eligible for the MTN Plus offer?
- All MTN prepaid customers can buy an MTN Plus bundle. More precisely, customers of the Go, Extra, and pro Control tariff plans
- But also all hybrid customers with the Biz Flexi tariff plan
New subscribers are automatically eligible after activation of the SIM.

No, the additional bonuses are only dedicated to MTN calls.
How long is the bonus valid?
The additional bonus is activated when the bundle is renewed before it expires and is valid until 11:59 pm the same day. Daily bundles don’t offer an additional bonus.
How can I check the balance of my bundle (main bonus and additional bonus)?
To check the balance, the customer should:
- Dial the code *222*99 # on his phone
- Or go to the myMTN app (My account> My subscriptions)
How to activate the automatic renewal of my bundle?
To activate automatic renewal, the customer simply dials *222*100# then choose 1. Customer is reminded by SMS six (06) hours before automatic renewal.
How to deactivate the automatic renewal of my plan?
To deactivate automatic renewal, the code is *222*100# then 2.
Is it possible to subscribe to several bundles at the same time?
Yes, it is possible to subscribe to several bundles.
What is the billing priority when a customer activates multiple plans simultaneously?
Generally :
- The account that expires first is debited first
- An account with specific uses (calls, SMS, or Internet) is debited before an account which makes several (call and Internet or call and SMS or call, SMS, and Internet)
What is the billing priority order? is it the main bonus or the additional bonus that is debited first?
The additional bonus obtained after bundle renewal is debited before the main bonus.
