In line with our 2025 ambition, the MTN Business Academy is designed to empower SMEs with the required knowledge that will help them grow their business and take it to the next level. MTN Business Academy provides free mini-MBA training, in partnership with ESSEC Douala, Cameroon and KINAYA Ventures offering various courses (META Partner), with the aim of supporting the growth of Cameroon’s economy by offering different courses such as Business administration, frugal marketing amongst others. Knowing that SMEs contribute to more than 33% of the country’s GDP and 93% of the economy according to the 2021 report by MINPMEESA. The mini-MBA support SMEs to grow by tapping from the expertise of our renowned facilitators and experts.

The program is designed in two formats: Online & On-site and at the end of the training each member will receive a certificate. The Modules include but are not limited to:

• Entrepreneurship
• Digital Marketing
• Frugal Marketing (marketing techniques for SMEs)
• Finance and Accounting for SMEs
